Your product data, handled carefully

Renable sits between your store and your ad channels. This page explains, in plain words, how we protect the data you trust us with — and how the platform is built so that mistakes stay on drafts instead of reaching a live feed.

Data protection

Renable is a Swedish company based in Gothenburg, and the platform is built GDPR-first — European data-protection law is our home ground, not an afterthought.

Your data is encrypted in transit, and at rest with AWS-managed encryption on the storage that holds it.

Your feed data is used for one thing: running your account — importing, enriching, and publishing your products. It is never used to train models for other customers, and it is never sold or shared.

Safety by construction

A product feed drives live ad spend, so the platform is designed so that no change — by a colleague, an incoming feed, or an AI — can silently break what’s running.

Setup changes are drafts

Catalogs, rules, templates, and channels are edited as drafts. Nothing about how your feed is built changes until a human publishes it.

Content flows by exception

Generated content is quality-checked by Aimée before it ships. What she is confident in goes out; the exceptions are flagged and wait for you.

Versioned and revertible

Every change is versioned. If something was better yesterday, you can put it back the way it was.

AI that asks first

Aimée’s edits land on drafts like everyone else’s, and when it’s time to publish, she always asks for your confirmation first.

Approval locks

Content you have approved and locked is never overwritten — not by a later AI run, not by a feed update.

Every import leaves a trail

Every feed run is logged — status, counters, and warnings linked to the exact products affected — and any warning can be handed to Aimée to investigate. Alerts that act on an event on their own, from an email to an Aimée session that mails you a report, are rolling out.

Access control

Accounts are organized as organizations with member management: invite colleagues when they join, and remove their access the day they leave.

Sign in with Google or with Microsoft (Azure AD), so access follows your company directory. And because every plan includes unlimited seats, nobody ever needs to share credentials to save money.

Security reviews

If your team runs security reviews, we’re glad to help — send us your security questionnaire through the contact page and we’ll answer it directly.
